Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, orders, and goals.
Continuously update care plans and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and families to promote health, safety, independence.
Document observations and interventions using a tablet EMR system.

🎯 Requirements

Current FL Speech-Language Pathologist license.
ASHA CCC-SLP or be eligible for certification.
Education and supervised experience required for certification.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
