Evaluate and treat speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation results, orders, and goals.
Continuously assess and revise the care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and activities for health and independence.
Document care using a touchpad tablet and maintain accurate records.

🎯 Requirements

A Vermont Speech Language Pathologist license.
ASHA CCC or equivalent certification status.
Educational requirements and work experience to qualify for certification.
Experience with EMR systems preferred.
Solid computer skills.
