Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
Develop treatment plans based on evals, orders, and goals.
Continuously assess and revise care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families in rehab care to promote health and independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current Maine SLP license.
ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification.
Meet education and experience requirements; pending ASHA cert exam.
Complete education and accumulate supervised experience for certification.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
