Develop treatment plans based on evaluation, orders, goals.
Revise care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for health and independence.
Document care observations using EMR tablet.

🎯 Requirements

VA Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification/education for certification.
Working toward ASHA certification or accumulating supervised experience.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
