Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan per evaluation and orders.
Update the care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families to promote health and independence.
Document observations and interventions on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

VA Speech Language Pathologist license required.
ASHA CCC in Speech or equivalent.
Eligible for ASHA exam; pending certification.
Completed education with supervised experience for certification.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
