Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan from evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continuously assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families in rehab activities to promote independence.
Document observations and interventions in the EMR/tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current VA-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC-SLP or eligible for certification.
Meet education/work requirements for certification.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
