Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Conduct evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluations, orders, and goals.
Revise care plan and collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
Document observations and interventions in the EMR using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current NC Licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC or equivalent, with plan to take the SLP exam.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Completed education/work requirements for certification.
