📋 Description

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a transdisciplinary approach.
• Educate and empower families; extend strategies to daily life.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs; pursue leadership opportunities.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations to optimize outcomes.
• Drive clinical excellence and contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply!)
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and neurodivergent populations
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth
• Ability to work in a transdisciplinary care model
