Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow

📋 Description

• Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services within Cortica’s integrated care model.
• Deliver client-centered, outcomes-focused therapy for children and families.
• Collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, OT/PT, and ABA in a transdisciplinary team.
• Maintain a manageable caseload with about 22.75 billable hours per week.
• Participate in the Clinical Ladder Program to advance from Level 1 to Level 4 with mentorship.
• Deliver dynamic, play-based therapy that integrates sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in the state you practice (CA for Torrance).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply).
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to serving neurodivergent populations.
