Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Evaluate and diagnose clients; provide speech, language, swallowing therapy.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continuously assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for health and independence.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

VA license as SLP
ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent
Educational requirements and supervised experience
Working toward ASHA certification
Proficient with computers; EMR experience preferred
