Speech Language Pathologist

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, swallowing difficulties and provide therapy.
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, orders, and goals.
• Reassess and adjust care plans with the multidisciplinary BAYADA team.
• Educate patients and families to promote health, safety, and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ Speech Language Pathologist license.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA, or equivalent credentials.
• Equivalent education and supervised work for certification; awaiting ASHA exam.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
