• Provide pediatric speech-language therapy in Cortica's integrated care model.
• Support the Clinical Ladder program and mentorship.
• Collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and therapists.
• Deliver play-based therapy that integrates sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Maintain outcomes-focused therapy with a manageable caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification; CFs encouraged to apply.
• State licensure as SLP in CA (or eligibility).
• Supervise SLPAs and provide mentorship.
• Experience with neurodivergent children and pediatric populations.
• Strong communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
