📋 Description

• Perform evaluations to assess and treat speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluations and goals.
• Continuously assess and revise the care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions on a tablet.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Hawaii Speech Language Pathologist license.
• One year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
