- Set up project in Specpoint, invite team, and set export requirements.
- Coordinate with the project specification writer to format and package manuals.
- Communicate deliverable requirements and deadlines to teams and outside consultants.
- Perform QA/QC checks on project manuals.
- Monitor project statuses in the specification app and participate in workload meetings.
๐ฏ Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
- 6+ years of admin support experience.
- Prior A/E/C industry experience preferred.
- CSI Certification preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
