Specification Writer III

📋 Description

• Work with the project team to produce Project Manuals using CannonDesign Master.
• Author Division 00-14 Architectural sections for the Project Manual.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across delivery types.
• Coordinate the Project Manual with other disciplines with a Specification Coordinator.
• Review and revise project Keynotes for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain master specifications with regional and sustainable content.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a relevant field required.
• A minimum of 6 years in architecture/engineering/construction, with 3 years specs writing.
• Current Architectural or Engineering license preferred; CSI certification preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques is required.
• Advanced technical knowledge; ability to perform Coordination QA/QC across disciplines.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
