- Develop Division 00-14 architectural sections for the Project Manual.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines toward milestone deliverables.

- Review and revise project keynotes to ensure complete specs.
- Support review of in-progress drawings to coordinate specifications.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- 4+ years in architecture/engineering/construction; at least 1 year in specs writing.
- Architectural or Engineering license preferred; CSI certification preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes; familiarity with Division 00 and 01 contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, OneNote, and BlueBeam Revu.
- Experience with specification editing software; e-SPECS for Revit a plus.
