  • Own global specialty revenue across conventions, live events, and ecommerce.
  • Lead go-to-market for conventions, pop-ups, activations, and marketplace merchandising.
  • Develop merchandise and assortment strategies for events and marketplaces.
  • Manage commercial relationships with fulfillment partners, event organizers, venues, and marketplaces.
  • Partner with Product Development and Creative to plan global product needs.
  • Build sales forecasts, KPIs, and reporting with BI and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of commercial sales in consumer products, retail, events, or ecommerce.
  • Experience overseeing revenue, margins, and multi-channel strategies (physical/digital).
  • Event merchandising and ecommerce/marketplace dynamics (assortment, pricing, promos).
  • Experience scaling specialty channels (conventions, pop-ups, marketplaces) to revenue targets.
  • Commercial deal-making and financial analysis using forecasts and data.
  • Leading distributed teams in large matrix organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
