- Event merchandising and ecommerce/marketplace dynamics (assortment, pricing, promos).
- Experience scaling specialty channels (conventions, pop-ups, marketplaces) to revenue targets.
- Commercial deal-making and financial analysis using forecasts and data.
- Leading distributed teams in large matrix organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
