📋 Description

• Provide legendary care with medication management services.
• Work with hospital clinicians to serve patients face-to-face and by phone.
• Educate patients on hospital services and how care improves outcomes.
• Support outpatient retail and specialty prescription needs.
• Grow specialty pharmacy patient population and adherence.
• Communicate with the Patient Service Center about reports.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered pharmacy technician; CPhT certification required.
• 2 years minimum experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal skills; independent, good judgement.
• Verbal and written communication; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; quick to learn new software.
