📋 Description

• Provide 'legendary' care with full medication management services.
• Work with clinicians to serve patients face-to-face and by phone.
• Educate patients on how hospital services improve their care.
• Support outpatient retail and specialty prescriptions.
• Grow patient population and ensure adherence with outbound reminders.
• Maintain documentation across systems and participate in process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered pharmacy technician; CPhT preferred but not required.
• 2 years required; 3-5 years preferred as a Pharmacy Technician.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, reliable, detail-oriented; maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to obtain licensure within mutually agreed timeframe.
