🎯 Requirements
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy; licensed Pharmacist in MA.
- 1+ years as retail/clinical pharmacy manager; 5+ years preferred.
- Proven leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy reimbursement (state, federal, commercial).
- Rx30 or similar computer systems experience is a plus.
