Specialty Pharmacy Liaison / Pharmacy Technician

📋 Description

• Manage patient relationships as the single contact for specialty pharmacy.
• Support patients with refills, adherence, and ongoing therapy management.
• Coordinate drug delivery logistics to ensure timely access.
• Identify and resolve insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges.
• Monitor adherence and intervene to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists, providers, and staff.
• Ensure patient concerns are resolved quickly through cross-functional coordination.
• Salary between 50k and 65k plus bonus.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience (required)
• 5–8 years preferred, especially in specialty pharmacy/clinical settings.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician Registration (required)
• CPhT certification preferred
• Interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Independence and sound judgment
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to learn new systems and extract data
