- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning current and emerging products to develop innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns.
- Experience enabling and scaling a GTM team.
- Experience in systems design for complex applications.
