  • 5+ years in a technical role with deep data engineering and warehousing expertise.
  • Ingestion and streaming tech (Spark Streaming, Kafka); performance tuning and debugging.
  • Data Applications Engineering: data-driven use cases (risk modelling, fraud, LTV).
  • Data Observability: SIEM tools (Splunk, Elastic, Sentinel) and log telemetry.
  • Proven track record maintaining and scaling production data systems.
  • ETL/ELT design; pipelines (batch, CDC, streaming); Delta Lake; governance.
  • Production programming in SQL and Python/Scala/Java.
  • Cloud familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Prefer customer-facing pre- or post-sales experience.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%.
