Specialist Solutions Architect - AI/ML (Communications, Media, Entertainment & Games)

📋 Description

• Architect production ML/AI workloads on Databricks, incl. pipelines and MLOps.
• Serve as GenAI expert, incl. RAG, agentic systems, NL querying, observability.
• Build, scale, optimize customer AI workloads; apply leading MLOps across domains.
• Provide advanced tech support to Solution Architects during sales (training, monitoring) on a single platform.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to reflect customer needs and influence roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on ML experience in ML Engineer or AI Engineer roles.
• Graduate degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with lifelong learning and focus on business value through ML/AI.
• [Preferred] 2+ years customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales.
• Able to meet training and role outcomes within 3 months.
• Role can be remote; preference for listing-area location; travel up to 30%.
