🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on ML experience in ML Engineer or AI Engineer roles.
- ML Engineer: production-grade cloud infra for ML apps incl. drift monitoring.
- AI Engineer: LLMs, vector DBs, fine-tuning; guardrails; HuggingFace/OpenAI.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Role remote; travel up to 30%.
