- 3+ years in multicultural customer service teams
- Hospitality experience is a plus; tech platforms preferred
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Willing to work weekends and holiday shifts
- Excellent English and Japanese verbal/written skills
- Strong computer skills: Mac OS, Google Suite, CRM
