• Solve complex issues impacting providers and members
• Act as Provider Services subject matter expert
• Liaise between Oscar teams; track and trend provider issues
• Support Provider teams with content knowledge, documentation, and training
• Remote work with occasional travel for meetings and events
• Manage queue work and assigned caseload via dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years healthcare provider data management
• 2+ years intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• 1+ years assessing end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years analytical skills for proactive problem solving
• 2+ years in a fast-paced production environment
