Specialist, Provider Data Operations

📋 Description

• Support, manage, or escalate provider data issues not solved by standard workflows.
• Manage escalated provider transactions and resolve per SLAs.
• Act as a point person for stakeholders to improve feedback loops on member/provider issues.
• Support production reps through multiple communication channels.
• Manage queue work and assigned caseload via dashboards.
• Collaborate with production and BPO leaders on systemic issues and blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare provider data management
• 2+ years intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• 1+ years assessing and understanding end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years strong quantitative or analytical skills for problem solving
• 2+ years experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Bachelor's Degree (bonus)
