Specialist Program Manager, CX

📋 Description

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track milestones.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and roadblocks.
• End-to-end Agile PM covering scope, quality, resources, and release readiness.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure business alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-14 years in IT with 5+ years in software development PM.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) and Release Management.
• Basic AWS cloud knowledge and DevOps practices; PMP preferred.
