- Install, integrate, and configure Actimize products and recording solutions.
- Plan and perform unit, functionality, and system testing; support client UAT.
- Collaborate with architects, BA, R&D, and implementation teams to resolve questions.
- Provide technical expertise across NiCE product suite through all project stages.
- Communicate and reconcile design flaws; suggest enhancements per requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- 4-7 years in enterprise software development and/or product implementation.
- BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or related degree.
- Excellent English communication in global, matrix organizations.
- Experience in financial/banking solutions domain (Must).
- PL/SQL, SQL, relational DBs (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
- Unix commands and shell scripting (Must).
- Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) development experience (Advantage).
- Experience with AWS cloud environments; Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (Advantage).
