Specialist Product Owner

📋 Description

• Translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes for R&D.
• Define functional specs, prototypes, and collaborate with engineering for PMF/UX.
• Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive end-to-end product execution from ideation to launch with timely delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early; enable resolutions.
• Partner with R&D, UX, architects, and go-to-market teams to align on product vision.
• Influence long-term product strategy by spotting opportunities and differentiators.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in compliance domain (financial crime or communications).
• Co-own roadmap with Product Management; provide clarity to dev teams.
• Familiarity with AWS and core services.
• Navigate complex technical discussions with engineering stakeholders.
• Proficiency writing PRDs, epics, and user stories across data/UI/logic.
• Collaborate with architects, R&D leaders, UX teams, and technical writers.
• Support product releases with customer-side implementation/adoption.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on AI features experience with LLMs or ML models.
• Familiarity with Agile and backlog tools (Aha!, Jira, Confluence).
