- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
- Availability for weekends/public holidays and early/late shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; empathy and active listening.
- Proficient with Apple/Mac OS, Google Suite, CRM systems.
- Language proficiency in English and French; bilingual.
- Willing to relocate to Ireland with relocation support.
