🎯 Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, Gatling, BlazeMeter, or similar.
- Solid programming skills in Java, C#, or similar.
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
- Nice to have: cloud (AWS/Azure), observability tools (Grafana/Prometheus), and AI tools.
