- Handle escalated payroll support and coaching for subscribers.
- Communicate client trends and feedback across teams.
- Develop and nurture Pros for advocacy.
- Identify opportunities to improve Pros experience.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer success, implementation or sales
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Able to work 8-hr shift between 5am-5pm Pacific Time
- Proven track record of exceeding customer success or sales metrics
- Proficiency in Excel required (imports, exports and data formatting)
