📋 Description

• Own exception management across cash, positions, trades, and margin; triage and resolve breaks.
• Define operational requirements and controls for new product launches.
• Lead UAT/test design, playbooks, cutover plans, and post-launch stabilization.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Engineering to scale processes.
• Establish monitoring, KPIs, dashboards, and incident triage with clear escalation.
• Identify automation and low-code tooling to reduce manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in financial/tech with emphasis on Operations, Accounting, or PM.
• Strong in exception-based operations: problem solving, prioritization, escalation.
• Product launch and operational readiness experience (UAT, playbooks).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering.
• Project management skills in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of investments and interest in blockchain/cryptocurrency.
