Continuously enhance disbursement processes while ensuring compliance.
Maintain strong relationships with key Operations and Support stakeholders.
Partner with banking partners to address payment questions.
Communicate issues and resolution strategies to management across functions.
Participate in stakeholder meetings to optimize processes.
Follow up on client and nonprofit inquiries by coordinating with internal teams.
Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis, managing projects as needed.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement for clients/nonprofits.
