📋 Description

  • Create/manage Customer Audit SharePoint structure and permissions.
  • Create/manage Audit Work Plan templates; obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Develop customer-specific audit plans; monitor progress and raise risks.
  • Coordinate data files with Business Analytics; perform data QA.
  • Maintain Audit Delivery Schedule; manage concurrent audits.
  • Schedule and lead internal audit planning meetings (Kick-Off, Status).

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years related project experience.
  • Experience in clinical/health insurance industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Word/Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • PMP Certification (or desire to obtain) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
