Develop messaging guidelines, talking points, and presentations; remote in Mexico City area.
Be hub for internal escalation; weekend hours may be required.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in crisis communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proven ability to prepare executive-level communications.
Cross-functional collaboration; influence without authority.
Track and prioritize multiple incidents; thrive in fast-paced.
High attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills.
