📋 Description

• Solve complex provider contract configuration issues and escalations.
• Act as SME for initial/amendment configuration and tax ID maintenance.
• Liaise across teams to coordinate provider contracting efforts.
• Track and trend contracting issues; resolve escalations with stakeholders.
• Create content knowledge, documentation, and training for teams.
• Manage workflows, queues, dashboards, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years provider contracting configuration.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced volume-based environment.
• 2+ years strong quantitative/analytical skills.
• 2+ years strong technical skills with Microsoft programs.
