🎯 Requirements
- IT experience: 8 to 11 years.
- 5 years PM experience leading multiple concurrent customer-facing projects.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Experience with AI/GenAI and software delivery; translate tech for non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, forecasting timelines, and risk management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership.
- Proficient with PM tools (MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and KPI reporting (PowerBI).
