  • Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, aligning scope and timelines.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation.
  • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders (incl. leadership).
  • Track action items and drive accountability across teams.
  • Identify risks and manage escalations professionally.
  • Guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and closeout.

  • IT experience: 8 to 11 years.
  • 5 years PM experience leading multiple concurrent customer-facing projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI and software delivery; translate tech for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, forecasting timelines, and risk management.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership.
  • Proficient with PM tools (MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and KPI reporting (PowerBI).
