- Deliver demos (phone/web/on-site) for law enforcement use cases.
- Quote and scope: BoMs, SKUs, pricing; advise on services and renewals.
- Deal coaching: join customer calls to address questions and recommend configurations.
- Enablement and training: run sessions; maintain demo scripts and FAQs.
- Partner coordination: align with Product/Marketing and ALPR partners.
🎯 Requirements
- Extremely communicative, highly organized, and product-savvy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
- 1+ years in sales, pre-sales, SE, or product specialist.
- Salesforce or CRM proficiency; comfortable with quoting/CPQ.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with ALPR/fixed-camera deployments and public safety use cases.
