Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume Video Contributor contractor hiring in Menlo Park

🎯 Requirements

3–7+ years of recruiting, with high-volume hourly/contractor hiring
Proven ability to scale recruiting quickly in fast-paced environments
Sourcing through job boards, marketplaces, and non-traditional channels
Strong operational rigor and management of large candidate funnels
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience building or improving recruiting processes and systems
