Special Needs Job Coach (part-time)

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and training for individuals with IDD.
• Help individuals explore, seek, choose, and maintain employment.
• Monitor progress through documentation to enhance job skills.
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations on the job.
• Make a positive impact in the community.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• ACRE Certification required; or CESP
