📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one direct care in home/community for individuals with ID/DD
• Assist with personal care (dressing, grooming)
• Help with errands, appointments, meals, and activities
• Support daily living tasks and community integration
• Flexible part-time scheduling across Chester & Delaware counties

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience with ID/DD; apprentice program may offer training
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Part-time with weekdays & weekends available
• Reliable, compassionate and able to work in home settings
