Work one-on-one in home/community as a companion and mentor for individuals with IDD.
Provide personal care: dressing, grooming.
Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
Spend time on the client’s hobbies and activities.
Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation.
Participate in community integration activities.

🎯 Requirements

One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities
High school diploma or equivalent
