📋 Description

• Plan and deliver lessons for individuals and small groups addressing IEP goals and remedial skills.
• Provide in-the-moment behavior support and coaching; respond to crisis as needed.
• Analyze data and track progress toward IEP goals; assist with quarterly progress reports.
• Collaborate with special and general education staff and families to address student needs.

🎯 Requirements

• AA degree required (BA preferred) or 2 years college or Praxis Paraprofessional.
• Experience working with students with high needs.
• High behavioral and academic expectations for all students.
• Excellent knowledge of child development and educational practices.
• Willingness to be flexible with your schedule.
• Commitment to serving students in under-resourced communities.
