At SPEAR Physical Therapy, we believe every New Yorker deserves to feel strong, capable, and supported. As one of the nation’s leading outpatient physical therapy providers, our mission is simple — help people become the best version of themselves. Our team lives the SPEAR-IT values every day: Service, Passion, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Impact, and Teamwork. If you’re motivated by people, purpose, and performance, this is the place for you.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help power SPEAR’s growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our network of clinics.
