📋 Description

• Teach TIG/GTAW welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance to students.
• Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise labs for safe, effective learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in welding, welding tech, or engineering with 6+ years welding experience.
• 2+ years teaching or training in classroom or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of TIG/GTAW welding processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential.
• Proficiency in developing training programs and materials, including lectures and student assessments.
• Welding experience in the aerospace industry.
