Surface prep with pneumatic tools (orbital sander, angle grinder, Dynastraight).
Laminate assemblies by placing composites into molds.
Prepare parts for vacuum bagging; place bleeders and thermocouples.
Oven cure setup: load ovens, thermocouples, and cure profiles.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
1+ years in hardware assembly/test/maintenance; trade cert acceptable.
TPS or PICA experience.
Reading engineering drawings and symbols.
Follow SOPs and written instructions.
Attention to detail in fast-paced production.
