🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s/associate degree and 4+ years GTAW/FCAW/GMAW or 8+ years metal fabrication.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing more than 10 employees.
- Interpret drawings and weld symbols per AWS D17.1.
- Knowledge of AWS D1.1, D1.6, and D1.2.
- Experience with pipe welding and orbital tube welding (OTW).
